High quality programs have always been a priority for Seneca College and our Quality Assurance Policies demonstrate the College's accountability to all its stakeholders. To ensure our programs meet or exceed the identified standards of excellence of the profession of opticianry we are requesting assistance from employers who have hired a graduate of the Seneca Opticianry Diploma program within the past 5 years. We need employers to complete a brief survey (approximately 20 minutes), so we may determine if the program is adequately preparing graduates to perform the required competencies and to work within the Scope of Practice as mandated by the College of Opticians of Ontario. The information gathered will be strictly confidential and will be compiled in a summary used for program accreditation purposes.
